Eskan Developers has you covered with their team of in-house designers, architects, project managers, and general contractors. With every project comes an assigned Project Manager who is on-site daily. Our designers also visit during construction to check on the progress and timeline. It’s the small things we care about that make this a collaborative experience.

Hey, we are Kaveh and Alena,
founder and creative director
of Eskan Developers

Kaveh Zoghi is the Founder/Owner of Eskan Developers and a licensed General Contractor. A Canadian native and graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, he started his career working alongside his father. He continued to follow his passion for construction by starting his own design-build firm. Kaveh is personally involved in every project and ensures each client is happy and satisfied with the final product. His other interest is real estate development, and he’s also a licensed Realtor. 

Alena Zoghi is Kaveh’s wife and the Creative Director behind Eskan Developers. A graduate of Pepperdine University in Advertising/Marketing, she has worked with national brands, touching packaging, photography, e-commerce, and other aspects of visual communications. Alena’s love of all things design, combined with her expertise in creative operations, led her to join forces with her husband, Kaveh. Her passion lies in reimagining homes, bringing them to their full potential through thoughtful design and immaculate detail.
